FIRST IN CHINA WATCHER: GOP LAWMAKERS DEMAND DEETS ON CHINA’S CUBAN SPY FACILITY: 

A group of 10 GOP House Homeland Security Committee members including chair Mark Green (R-Tenn.) and Reps. Carlos Gimenez (R-Fla.) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) want the Biden administration to provide details about China’s spy facility in Cuba. “We request that the FBI and Department of Homeland Security provide Committee staff a briefing about the CCP’s espionage activities against the U.S. homeland to include, but not limited to, the Chinese Communist Party espionage facility in Cuba, no later than June 27, 2023,” the lawmakers said in a letter sent to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and FBI Director Christopher Wray on Tuesday.
