Immigration & Border Security

Our nation has a crisis at its southern border. As a sheriff, I witnessed how the Biden-Mayorkas border crisis has transformed every state into a border state. As your Congressman, I made it a priority to visit the border and see the problems there for myself.

What I saw was disturbing. This administration's border policies encourage illegal immigration and empowers cartels and other bad actors, endangering the lives of both American citizens and migrants.

It's time to fix the border crisis because border security is national security. As a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, I'm fighting to secure our southern border and keep drugs out of our country.
